SINGLE-DAY & MULTI-DAY PONTOON RENTALS

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking date are eligible for a refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
• A refund will not be issued from cancellations made less than 48 hours of the scheduled booking date

Rescheduling Policy:

• Customers can reschedule their reservation to a different date with a rebooking fee of $25

Rebooking Due to Severe Weather:

• If customer needs to cancel due to circumstances outside their control (e.g. severe weather), customers can choose to reschedule for free. A full refund cannot be issued if cancellations are made less than 48 hours prior to scheduled date.

A $25 cleaning fee will be added for each pet on board.

• Early Returns: Rental rates are fixed at the time of payment. Customers who choose to return their rental before the scheduled end of the rental period are not eligible for a partial refund.
  
• Late Returns: Customers are given a 30-minute grace period after their scheduled return time to bring the boat back to the marina.
• If the boat is returned after this grace period, you will be charged for one additional hour at the standard hourly rate.
  For example, if you booked 3 hours and return after the grace period, you will be charged the 4-hour rate at checkout.

• Time Extension: If you would like to extend your rental time during your trip, please call us in advance so we can update your booking and adjust the fees accordingly.
